HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER
To become a member of the International Cancer Information Service (ICISG):
Review the Core Values and the Operations Guidelines. If you are planning on establishing a new Cancer Information Service, also review the Assessment Tool for a Cancer Information Program (it can help you conduce a basic assessment of the needs and proposed structure for a new service) and the CIS Tool Box.
- Select the type of membership appropriate for your organization
- Fill out the Member application form
- Submit by email
Confirmation of your membership will be sent to you within 60 working days
